Hi All,
when i play a record it has a very scratchy sound so not clear. what can the cause be. the stylus seems fine

Hi Heinwil,
Assuming the stylus is fine, the cause of the scratchy sound may come from the amplifier itself.
Did you (or some other skilled person) check and revamp the circuitery recently?
Most of the components are out of age (mainly the electrlytic capacitors), and some can be already dead.

hope you are well long time, i have a teppaz tourist that i want to service and clean. i have removed the front screw and the back ones, but she is stuck any advise please.

reparation et nettoyage. J’ai enlevé la vis avant et les vis arrière, mais elle est coincée tout conseil s’il vous plaît vous êtes bien longtemps, j’ai un teppaz touriste que je veux voir.

si qq 'un du forum a la solution pour l’ouvrir
je pense que les plastiques ont du un peu se coller avec le temps

Should you find difficult to dissassemble after removing the screws (as you said), gently insert a blade between the case and the metal plate gasket, then turn around, as by the time plastics may stuck together.
